Group aquatic experiences invite people into a shared field of movement, listening, play, and restoration through warm water practice. Blending elements of Aguahara, somatic exploration, floating meditation, supported movement, and relational awareness, these gatherings create opportunities to experience water as both environment and teacher.
In water, we enter the space of no gravity - where habitual patterns of tension, effort, and separation often begin to soften. The group becomes part of the practice itself, offering a sense of collective rhythm, trust, and interconnectedness that is difficult to replicate on land.
Participants may explore breath, buoyancy, partner work, fluid movement, stillness, sound, and improvisational play, all within a carefully held and consent-centered environment.
These experiences are not performance-based and require no prior experience. They are designed to support nervous system coregulation, creativity, embodied connection, and a renewed relationship with the intelligence of the body and the living world.
Private Aquatic Therapy

A one-on-one session designed to help the body move and be moved in a way that can not be accessed on land. Supported by warm water, gentle guidance, and continuous presence, the nervous system begins to downshift, allowing patterns of tension, guarding, and holding to reorganize.
Sessions often lead to deep relaxation, improved mobility, reduced pain, and a felt sense of being supported without effort. Many people experience a return of fluid movement, easier breathing, and a quieter mind. This work is especially supportive during times of stress, transition, recovery, or when the body feels stuck.
You can expect to be held, moved, and met with precision and care, while learning how to soften into the support of the water, attuned to the body’s natural intelligence.
